FAMILY BUSINESS CONFLICT & COMMUNICATION

Work together.
Stay family.

When work disagreements follow you home, the cost is more than business. FBCC helps families in business work through recurring conflict, have difficult conversations, and communicate more effectively.

Based in Weatherford, Texas.

The same argument. A different workday.

A decision gets questioned. An old hurt resurfaces. A conversation about the business turns into a conversation about everything else.

You care about your family and what you have built. You need a way to address the tension without having the same fight again.

Better conversations. Clearer expectations.

Work through recurring conflict

Identify the patterns that keep disagreements going and practice a more productive way to respond.

Clarify roles and boundaries

Talk through responsibilities, decision-making, and the expectations that are easy to assume and hard to meet.

Navigate difficult transitions

Make room for honest conversations between generations about change, leadership, and working together.

A practical path forward.

01 — Start with a conversation

Tell us what is happening and what you would like to change. A brief initial conversation helps us determine the next step.

02 — Understand the pattern

A family business Health Check and review conversation help identify concerns. If you choose to move forward, individual interviews and family meetings give each person space to be heard.

03 — Put change into practice

Build a focused 90-day plan with clear next steps. Follow-up meetings support your family as you work to turn better conversations into everyday habits.

Your business has a history.
Your family has a future.

You do not have to solve it before you call.

Start by telling us where things are getting stuck. We will talk through whether FBCC is a fit and what the next step could look like.
